The Castle Group (www.thecastlegrp.com), a Boston-based public relations, social media and events agency now celebrating its 15th year, announced the addition of Stacy Wilbur, Whitney Dow Ferguson and Erika Kuzmicz to its public relations division. Castle's PR specialty areas include professional and financial services, nonprofit, education and consumer.

"As we mark this milestone in our business, we continue to grow," said Sandy Lish, Castle Group principal and co-founder. "Stacy, Whitney and Erika embody what we look for in our employees – a strong work ethic, creativity, knowledge of social and traditional media, stellar writing skills, and a sense of humor. We're very excited to welcome them to our team, and know their skills will add value to our clients."

Wilbur joins Castle's public relations division as account supervisor; most recently, she was director of public relations for Project Bread – The Walk for Hunger. She has also held positions at Cone Communications, Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and Regan Communications.

Ferguson, who joins Castle as account executive, was previously a public affairs researcher at Portland Communications in London, and marketing and public relations associate at Steward Health Care in Boston.

Kuzmicz, an account coordinator, most recently spent two semesters as a Castle intern and has also worked in public relations at The Rockport Company.
